Limestone Reef used by Emerald Coast Scuba, Destin, Florida (GPS Coordinates are Private)

This site is one of the many natural limestone rock reefs between 3 and 5 miles outside the Destin Pass. The limestone ledges throughout the area range in heights from 2’-10’ with depths of 50’-115’ and are covered in soft corals, sponges, and a wealth of game/tropical fish. The reef also provides homes to shovelnose and spiny lobster making it a great place for spearfishing/hunting. This particular site sits in 80’-85’.
