Winter Boat Ramp- Summersville Lake is a shore accessible fresh water dive site, located in . The maximum depth is 81-90ft/25-27m. The average visibility is 26-30ft/8-9m.

This site is best accessed during the summer when the water level is at it’s highest. Even with boat traffic, the viz remains decent. You can follow the boat ramp all the way into 70’ of water. Turning left when entering the water at the ramp provides a dive if you enjoy looking at the topography of the walls that form the lake. Turning right upon entering at the ramp you will find mostly junk left behind by boaters and fisherman. Bathrooms are located at the park entrance.
