Harris Branch Beach and Campground is a shore accessible fresh water dive site, located in Ellijay, GA 30540. The maximum depth is 61-70ft/19-21m. The average visibility is 11-15ft/3-5m.

Rock bottem around 25’, bottem is clean and clear of deb, other then rock forma, the bottem to the left of the beach is mud/muck can go to 0 vis quickly, right of the beach is nice slope with rocks and aqua. life. very large fresh water mussels.

I went scuba diving here on 9/5/2015. Average viz: 11-15ft/3-5m. Water temp: 71-75°F/22-24°C.
Great dive!!!! Large mussels and prop found. To the left of the beach looking at the water can go to zero vis fast to the right is a nice slope with large rock forma. with plenty of aqua life.
