Description: The name of this dive, Keel Point, is taken from the characteristic form of the reef (like the hollow of an over-turned boat’s keel). At the widest point of the bay, descent is directly into the open ocean. The site is known for its yellow and red sea fans, lobsters and large fish. At the end of the dive an eastern heading is taken to enter Punta Carena bay, where any necessary safety stops can be carried out.
