This dive site has an average rating of 3.60 out of 5 from 5 scuba divers. The maximum depth is over 150ft/46m. The average visibility is 16-20ft/5-6m. This dive site provides bathrooms and airfills.

Diving the lake from the state park marina is provide by the dive shop on the marine in the park (http://www.stateparkmarina.com/scuba.phpv). Ask for A.J. at the shop; he has a boat to take out divers to good spots. The lake had some interesting deep grottos, forest and wrecks. A.J. has also run lines between some interesting underwater sites and can give you some good tips on locating some attactions. The visibility was about 20’ below 30 feet but like most lakes, rain and water level can change that. Plenty of marine life (bass, carp, turles, etc.) but depth and location will determine if you see anything (bring some Cheese Whiz!) A.J. also is an SSI certified instructor and can provide classes for those interested.

Took the family on a Discover Scuba dive with Monty from White River Dive Co. He’s a good guy and we had a blast.

I went scuba diving here on 9/14/2014. Average viz: 26-30ft/8-9m. Water temp: 66-70°F/19-21°C.
Spoonbill bluff was a good dive, viz was awesome and the drop offs were a nice change in pace. Lots of underwater trees. Roger at state park marina took us out to this spot. He was very helpful
