P-Fantastic - 5/15/2013 1:43 PM Rating Added: 4 I’d rate it a 3.5, so I rounded up to 4. Honestly, the sites were so colorful and full of life and I really enjoyed each and every one. The part that brought the stars down for me is the fact that the island is a HUGE tourist destination, and certainly not on par with the better locations in the Philippines. I prefer diving places that house mostly divers, rather than partying beach-goers. I logged 15 dives here.
