Back in the day of the construction of the Davis Dam, barges where pulled up the river in this channel with huge rope that went through steel rings. With the completion of the damn, the area flooded and is now under 90 feet of water. The flow of the lake pushes you up this channel pretty quickly. Not a dive for the faint of heart. Wild Pirate Scuba will take you out there or Lake Mohave Scuba can give you directions if you have your own boat. Only accessible by boat.
