Used during the Vietnam War, the vessel was sold by the Americans to the Israelis. Yatush was however, better suited to rivers rather than the open sea and was found to be inefficient. In 1986 it was purposefully sunk to create a dive site.
At a depth of 30m this wreck is for experienced divers and certified wreck divers can swim through the hold to the wheel room. On and around the wreck, divers can spot moray eels, garden eels, lion fish, anthias, cleaner wrasses and large parrot fish as well as many striking coral formations.
