I went scuba diving here on 1/15/1989. Average viz: 26-30ft/8-9m. Water temp: 50-55°F/10-13°C.
Inspection. Slow moving Bass and Catfish. Little current. Good visibility.

Saw some bass and carp. Visibility was good, 20’. Parked at a culdesac in a neighborhood on the Va side. You can see it on Google Maps.
