I went scuba diving here on 6/13/2015. Average viz: 16-20ft/5-6m. Water temp: 76-80°F/24-27°C.
We had problems with the boat GPS, so we dove the third reef near the Urca de Lima. The reef looked larger on the boat depth finder. It was a small 2 - 4 foot ridge in about 20 feet of water. The visibility was about 15 ft. Honestly, the reef looked dead, possibly from salvaging activity.
