Fun to explore the man-made opjects, and this is a great training site. The site offers access to both deep and shallow water, as there’s a nice wall just a few hundred feet W, SW of the foundations that drops off to over 120’. Sediment is minimal, as this area is mostly rock substrate - until you get close to the wall, then it gets silty and divers must really be careful not to cloud out visibility. Viz was 15’ in the shallows to over 40’ off the ledge when I was there in September 2013.
