Dive this site while I was attending commercial diving school several years ago. Remember having to fix the underwater platform, moving a boat using air bags to tie off with, and diving around the school bus. Would like to comeback one of these days.

Close to home but like diving in a fog. Viz is not good at all. Lots of plants and fish...especially if you have a slice of bread =) Nice platforms and boats, bus, etc to see. If the viz was better I’d give it more stars...

Dove here this past weekend (April 25th and 26th, 2009). Water was 70 degrees, viz was an amazing 25 feet (even after lots of rain). Saw a small perch and a bass.

Last weekend (2/15/2008)...water was about 58 degrees and visibility was about 20 feet! Pretty good viz, I was surprised. Didn’t see any fish though. Two out of the three platforms were leaning a bit.

Good for equipment testing and very light diving fun, but other than that, like diving in pea soup.

I went to this lake for the first time today. On-site staff were very nice. No air fills or running water. No food or drinks to buy. Only porta-potties. Had a nice time with boy scout group for open water class. Viz was about 10 feet. Saw a couple sun fish and one small bass. Plant life all around the edge of lake. It was easy to enter from docks (giant stride). They have a test boat to use for boat entry training.
