I`m thinking of visiting Tortola, BVI this spring or summer. Has anyone been there. Can anyone provide any advice?

I was there on a cruise last May but didn`t get to take a dive while there. If I were to stay more than 1 day diving would be a requirement. After a tour of the business district there isn`t much else to do beside swim, tan, eat, drink and sleep.
