Today a dive buddy of mine and I went to Lake Rawlings Virginia. I got to meet Dalelynn and she is quite a nice lady. She encouraged us to participate in the Project Aware cleanup event that was scheduled for today. I am glad that she did. It was fun and we were able to remove some trash for the quarry bottom. It made me feel like we left the dive site better than it was when we got there. That’s always a good thing. We made a couple of good dives and had a great time. The visibility was good and yes the deeper water was still cold. But that was fun too. I hope to return again this year. I do recommend this for a leisurely and all round fun dive.
